This Web site was designed for touch screen kiosks  with a fast DSL connection. The design is intended to be clear, simple and easy to use for the whole community, many of whom, have no experience with computers.   The design of this site is fixed as we knew the exact screen size and resolution it would be viewed with. This version uses more images and animations to make use of the fast connection and the local caching of the site

This was the first site I designed as part of my web development coursework. I have learned a great deal since this time. If faced with this project again the end result would be very different.  All the HTML was hand coded. The guest book was originally coded as ASP's using java-script however this is no longer functioning as the page has been removed from the university servers.
